Five people were injured Monday in a three-vehicle crash that involved a limo bus driving students to a private school in Washington, according to WTOP-TV.

A Reston Limousine limo bus that was transporting children to The Field School from the Friendship Heights Metro station was among the vehicles in the accident. Three children and two adults — including the limo bus driver — were taken to a local hospital for treatment, WTOP reported. And 16 additional children were taken to a hospital for observation.

The accident took place on Nebraska Avenue, with a 16-year-old and a 32-year-old driving the two other vehicles involved, according to WTOP.

The back window of the limo bus was broken during the crash.
